This "older" but newly renovated Chandler property "close to Phoenix" offers "spacious" accommodations, "palm trees around the pool" and "helpful" service; a location that's "extremely accessible" to the freeway and "not far from shopping and dining" is a plus, though some find it "outdated", "noisy" (with "slamming doors") and in need of better "room maintenance."

Loved the select-comfort bed.

I requested a room with two beds. Got one bed with huge desk we didn't need.

Wish it had a small refrigerator or even a microwave. When you are staying for a few days and often come back to the room with a doggy bag, it would be nice to keep it cold until you want to reheat it. Coffee was good. Bedding was wonderful. ...read more

Although we didn't have time to use it, the pool area looked awesome! It was in a great location, private, and relaxing.

Water pressure in the shower wasn't great.

The hotel staff was friendly and accommodating. The rooms were clean and beds were comfortable. The only thing we had a problem with was the water pressure in the shower was a little poor.

They gave us a room with a mattress that was not like prior mattresses.
